Fulfillment & Processing Times
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from the United States. If your item includes personalization (such as custom text or design), please allow up to 6 business days for production before shipment. For standard, non-custom items, processing time is typically 3 business days.
In rare cases, due to supplier constraints, some items may be shipped from alternative international locations. We’ll notify you if this applies to your order.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery time may vary slightly during holidays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with various fulfillment providers, so your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other domestic carriers. We do not currently allow customers to choose the carrier at checkout.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You’ll be able to monitor your package in real time using the provided link.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your items, as well as your delivery address.
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
